We founded The EF Ai around a clear opportunity: make modern AI genuinely useful in everyday operations, not merely impressive in a demonstration. As three co-founders, we are developing the company to help service-led organisations respond more consistently, collect the right information, schedule next steps and keep their existing systems updated. Every engagement begins with the workflow and customer journey, then applies technology where it can create practical value.
